WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY A "DEDICATED ASSISTANT"
As your Virtual Assistant, we will provide personalized support by getting to understand your work, your preferences, and your specific requirements. While I may provide services to other clients as well, I will prioritize and organize my schedule to ensure that your needs are met promptly and efficiently. I am committed to completing most tasks on the same day they are assigned.
WILL WE BE A GOOD FIT?
To ensure we provide the best support possible, our first step is to have an initial conversation to understand the nature of your work and your specific needs and expectations. This meeting will help us to establish a clear understanding of your needs and lay the foundation for a productive working relationship.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT GET BACK TO ME AFTER I MADE A REQUEST?
Upon receipt of your request, we will promptly acknowledge it and let you know that it has been received. Our goal is to complete most tasks within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the specifics of the request. If your request is submitted outside of normal business hours, We begin working on your tasks the following business day.
Depending on the urgency, working after hours does come at an additional cost. This is because it requires me to rearrange my schedule and allocate resources outside of my usual working hours.
[Example] I've had clients that wanted me to monitor their location, make sure they made it back home safely and check-in on them at a certain time in the evening (after-hours), and help make a report to the police if something happened to them. This cost her an additional package she paid that month.
After-hours can be discussed.
HOW FLEXIBLE IS MY PACKAGE
If you run out of time during a billing cycle, you can add hours, as needed. The charge is slightly higher per hour, depending on your plan.
WHAT TIME ZONE?
Mainly PST 9am - 5pm. Flexible to work with any time zones. You can submit a task any time. If after business hours, we will begin working on your task(s) the following business day.
IF I DON'T USE ALL MY HOURS, CAN THEY ROLL OVER?
This is a monthly membership service. As a subscriber, our clients retain a dedicated Virtual Assistant. Therefore, plan hours do not roll over.
DOES MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WORK ON HOLIDAYS?
We'll be closed for the following US holidays. Time for your assistant to take a well-deserved break, and hopefully, you too.

We'll work a half day on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and on December 31st.
Depending on the urgency, if it's communicated the day before the break, working on a holiday does come at an additional cost; normally price of your packaged monthly fee for that request.
CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WORK WITH SPECIALIZED SOFTWARE THAT WE USE AT MY OFFICE?
We are savvy self-starters. If your system is accessible via the internet, and you can provide the guidance and support, we will be happy to learn the required software.
CAN I PROVIDE MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WITH A COMPANY EMAIL AND ADDRESS?
Yes! Your Assistant is an integral part of your team. A company email address allows them to send and receive emails from your domain and we find that most clients prefer to do this.
IS IT SAFE TO SHARE SECURE INFORMATION WITH MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?
In order to complete certain tasks, you may want to share credit card information or passwords with your Virtual Assistant. Although we've had a lot of experience from prior rigorous interview, training and vetting process, as in any relationship, it is important to take time to build trust with your Virtual Assistant before sharing confidential information. If you decide to share sensitive information with your Virtual Assistant, we recommend using a Password Manager (Dashland and LastPass are a favorite). Please do not share any secure information via email.
ARE THERE ANY TASKS MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT CAN'T DO?
Can’t do the following tasks, but can help you find someone or service who is perfect for the job:
Assistant will work virtually and, therefore, cannot provide in-person services.
Assistants are smart, but cannot work in any specialized roles that require a professional license. This includes, but is not limited to, legal and accounting services
